A few weeks ago I had a loose wheel on my pontoon trailer which ultimately destroyed the hub and wheel. I left the trailer in a parking lot not sure what to do. I called Tyler and he answered, helped me with getting parts on order. Went to the parking lot and repaired the trailer and the whole time was very responsive and helpful. I tucked the trailer up a few days later good as new. I would highly recommend. He even went out of his way to get me a spare wheel and tire which I didnt have at the time.

I called at about 10:30PM. Showed up and was working on my travel trailer about 2AM. Was excited to be on the road. I slept in the trailer until 8am. Once daylight hit I inspected the repair and found that the leaf springs put on my trailer were broken. Very disappointing. Had my family and 8,000 lbs behind me. Not only was the repair a waste of $700+, but had to find another repair shop to fix what was just done. I’m sure with many things he is the guy for the job, but thoroughly inspect the parts that are being used before they go on. The springs had fresh spray paint on them and it may have been to cover up the damaged springs. If the intention was to deceive, I don’t have words. I’d like to say it was dark and he didn’t notice. I’m not sure. Either way, closely inspect the parts that are bing used before work begins. I appreciate the effort to try to help… Upset I wasted sleep hours and so much money for a bad repair.

Excellent experience! Professional service, friendly staff, and outstanding quality. Everything was completed quickly and exactly as promised. Tyler is an excellent mechanic a great guy, highly experienced, and very efficient. His knowledge and attention to detail really show in the quality of his work. I’ve tried to call you multiple in a row FOR MONTHS texted your family, called the police, we are going to move forward with this through the law. If you do not get back to me because of right now it’s looking like you stole a large trailer and $6500 deposit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! if you do not get back to me, trust me I will make this very well-known publicly and will sue you legally. I have proof, I have location history, I have bank history stating why the money was taken out, and text history.  You will end up having to pay for a attorney fee, give the trailer back, and the deposit so you can either get back to me or we can go this route.
